Button International Versions does not show up in display screens like VD03

Button International Versions does not show up in display screens like VD03, MK03. I am only able to click on the button in change mode. However, users only having display access should be able to display the multiple translations entered for an address as well. Does somebody know if this is possible?

Found it myself, you first have to add a version through change mode and once you loaded and save a version it will show up in display mode
