payment plans

Dear Frnds,

I am trying to configure payment plan for my clients. The client uses various payment planss in their business for ex booking plus 30 dayss , booking plus 60 , if a particular amount is paid as downpayment then installmentss is so on etc........I would require some guidance from your end as to how i could go abt the same in sales order and biilling ..... regardsssssss

I think I have havent been very clear ...................here goess .....I want start with say 3 planss

1) U book(advance payment) and then pay the remaining in 30 days

2)U book pay the rest in 2 instal in 60 dayss

3) u book and pay the rest in 3 installl in 90 days

say rest is paid n the forst of every month ...............I hope this clarifysssss thingss

This can be achieved by Milestone billing plan configuration.

Your requirements can be met using payment terms instalment functionality. and there is a standard payment term 0009 with a similar requirement like yours.
