issue in delivery quantity

Hi all,

I have created a sales order of 5 ton and created a despatch advice of 50 ton and system does not stop me. I want that system should not let me created despatch advice of more than order quantity.

Hi there,

In Delivery item catg 0VLP, select the option B to reject the situation with an error message in the field Check for over delivery.

Also in customer master record --> sales area data --> shipping, choose the over delivery tolerence 0.

Please check your copy control. At item level check Pos./neg quantity field, and make it '+'.

Hi,

You should check your copy control setting from Sales order to Delivery.

Use t-code VTLA and select your Order type and Delivery type and go to Item data.

Then select your Item category and in Item details Control Data screen select Pos./neg. quantity +

hi,

goto 0vlp(zero VLP) delivery item categories ,choose your item categories,

Quantity tab, check over delivery - maintain B ,

this will solve your problem
