Display list of due certificate and to remind

Hi Guys,

I read this portion in SAP:

1) You can display a list of certificates (i.e. COA) from vendor, which are yet to come, based on the status of the certificate receipt. 
      Question: Which transaction code I can use to accomplish the above instruction?

      2) A reminder can be processed once the date of the goods receipt plus reminder period is over. 
      Question: How to perform this reminder in SAP (which tcode or which config path)?

     3) Question: May I know if there is a way to make the SAP to automatically create a COA into the system when my vendor sends me their COA BEFORE the goods receipt? I know I can manually create the incoming COA via QC51, but what about automatically? Is it possible via system setup?
