Users experience issues when trying to log onto SAP

Users experience issues when trying to log onto SAP... They input their employee number and password to log on, then get the loading page which does not dissapear and log into SAp as it should do. The only work around in place for this is for the user to shut down adn restart their PC, then ask antoher user to log into their PC and once profile loaded, log out. Then user logs back into their PC and into SAP. This sometimes doesnt work so user may have to do this with serveral other users...Would you know why this happens..

Hi, are you have enough DIALOG work processes on your server?

Try to check in sm50 , how much you have DIA and other WP, also you have only 1 APP server or many servers and how are configured SMLG ?

Also are you check the DB13 "check database" for warning's or errors about "Archiver stuck" ?
