We want to export the productive client into an existing client of the quality system.
I used SCC8 to export the productive client
This succeeds with a warning, return code 4
When I want to import the requests in the quality system the import status of the requests in the import queue of the quality system equals "Request will not be imported". (Two transport were created: Client exp text and Client exp of client spec obj)
According to the import queue legend: These requests are not imported due to specific settings made in the transport control program...
I need help. Why the transport can not be imported in our quality system client?
(I tested using SCC9 test run: No inconsistencies Found)
What causes this behaviour?
regards
Paul klewais
This is normal behavior. Select the client export request number and then push the import button to start the client import.
