Issue at 8D report

Hi

8D Analysis report for Customer complaints defect. when I create 8D report for Customer notification Report is Picking values from Notification - Referance, Defect description, and Defect cause but not the other fields( others are empty)

Actually i done this before ( another client ) it was working perfect but with this client i have this issue

Can anybody tell me How to populate values in these fields Ex: Immediate tasks, Corrective tasks, Ident of delivered mat, caeck success of corrective tasks and Comment. is there any system issue which causes this problem.

Hi,

Go to Items Tab,

Correction Tasks Tab

for Line Item No 4,5,6,7,8 Mantain Task codes and long texts which will copy into respective 4,5,6,7,8 fields in 8D report

Thanks for the reply.

I have checked the steps as advise, but it doesn`t work, Still have same issue.( Line 4,5,6,7& 8 are not getting populated)

I have one Question, Does this need DMS base level configuration? for 8D report .

It is working for me by maintaining the line number in item level.

I got the solution if we maintained in correction task line item-wise 4 ,5 ,6 ,7  ,8 then we get complete 8D report format.

I have also same problem but did not get solution.Please guide for above issue
