Attaching Zip files to CUP Request

All,

Has anyone encountered the problem that you cannot attach zip files into the CUP request form?

An error is returned saying "Enter Proper file format". I am going to raise a note to SAP regarding this but before I do, I just wanted to see if you have also encountered it and if so, whether there is a solution available?

This is correct, Simon. Zip file is not a supported format in CUP. I found a solution. Implement OSS note #1233246 and add .zip extension to the database.

I also found a similar solution but a different SAP Note number - 1232736.

You are able to extend the list of supported document types.
