no inspection plan found

Hi, i have assigned 01 insp type in mat master. insp plan qp01 cetaed for that material. when i rceive po qty thru migo, insp lot generated, but while recording results, gives the message that "recording insp characterstics not possible". pls note that i have assigned qm04 control key in operations view of insp plan. when i trid to attach it thru qa02, gives the mesaage that "no insp plan found" message appears. pls advise what changes req.

Hii,

Check whether u had assigned ur MIC to Inspection plan. Check the validity date for the Inspection plan in relation with GR date or P.O date. While assigning Inspection plan in QA02, maintain the chage date as the Inspection lot creation date. Maintaining these things will solve the problem.

Check following

1.Date of Task list creation must be prior of date of creation of lot.

2.check whether usage of task list is 5

3.check the status is 4

4.check there is no deletion indicator to task list.
