Hi Sreenu,

As shabarish mentioned you need to be clear in telling your requirements for correct and exact answers.

Anyways the format what you have seems to be the first record is header and the rest is trailers. So if you always have the frist record as header and all other are trailers then you dont need key field for content conversion. In sender comm. channel you need to have header,1,trailer,*.

But you will run into isues if you have header,,trailer,. In that case you definitely need to have key field.
