print allignment different in qal & production

Hi,

Smartforms output as appearing in development & quality is getting changed in production.

I am using LOCL as outputdevice and device type as SWIN and defined my own page format for SWIN. I am passing the new page format in smartforms. SPAD Settings is the same in both dev & prod.

Can someone please give an idea as to why is it happening like this.

Sunil,

You need to check the Printer Config. in all the 3 Dev Qul and Prd Servers, i m sure there might be some diff.

Check the Printer type in both the systems. u may be using LOCL but the printer may be different ..

hi.. i think there is nothing much we can do.. the alignment gets changed according to the printer.. so u may need to design accordingly to the printer...

Generally scripts cause problem due to different printers and not smartforms.

Anyways check smartstyles also if they as same in quality as well as production
