Custom Portal Log off

I need to create a custom log off screen that will log the user off the portal (similar to the Log Off Link in the masthead). I cannot have the user use the standard link from the masthead, as they will log off from a pop-up window I am creating as part of a custom application. How do I create a page that has a button clicking on which the user can be logged off the portal? It could be a PDK app or a Visual Composer app. Any suggestions?

Hello,

This can be designed and developed with standard portal Iviews. I am not quite familiar with it.
