At first glace, it appears to be compatibility issue. Check the Printer settings in SPAD and see if correct make and model is selected or nearest PCL 5/ PCL6 are selected? I suspect nearest is selected and appears to be geneally printing but not a spific type.
Import correct device type(check notes) and type of printing used.
