Hi there
We are implementing SRM 7.0, while accessing via the Enterprise Portal, there are some buttons inside the transactions and also links to transactions that do not work. The system just do nothing when they are clicked.
For example, all reports under Strategic Purchaser --> Reports.
All buttons to display, modifiy, delet the RFX or Business Partner.
All of them have in common that at the bottom of the Broser (IE) it is displayed the following message: javascript:void(0);
But some of the bottons that work fine also show this message.
We have tested in a PC without security restictions in the browser and also have the same problem.
What do you think could be the problem?
Many thanks,
Ezequiel
Hello,
Did you check with your system admin, i mean you can take help of both Tech(sys Admin + ABAP) teams. As they can help you to find the bug if there exist any.

Meanwhile please swith on the absolute OBN navigation of the portal
by adding the below entry in customizing table bbp_cust:

Please test the case again after this.

When correcting the URL in EP with the FQDN the problem was solved. Check note 654982 - URL requirements due to Internet standards
