Authorization object for create attachments at pm equipments

Hi, i want to add an authorization objcet for a user so he can create attachments at pm equipments.

When i try to do this a message:(INCLUDE FILE IN PC APPLICATION.TRY AGAIN?) appears but if i run su53 there is no authorization eeror so i can fix it.

Can you help with the object?

I try to insert the object that refers to the note but nothing happens.

the solution is somewhere else.

no there is no number at the message.I found the solution.i used a combination of basis-central function and basis-administration objects and document management and i solve it.thnx for the help
