SAP Web Dispatcher : start problems

Good morning.

We have installed one SAP Web Dispatcher for our portal EP. There is no problem, but when we start it we must always do a cleanipc of the dispatcher instance.

If we execute : startsap all Wxx it does not start

We must do it : cleanipc xx remove

startsap all Wxx

We don't know how can solve this issue. Some times, in another SAP instance it is necessary to do the cleanipc, but in this case is everytime.

Any help will be great.

Hi,

Have you checked when you stop the dispatcher all processes are free because some times if some dead processes are there then it will free from cleanipc....
