Hi,

I am new to PS and have tried few exercises in PLM200 and PLM210.

I am working on the First exercise 2.2 in PLM 240 and getting error as controlling area does not exist while i am trying to copy the project from template.

How can i solve this to continue with my learning and working on exercise.

Regards,

Syed

Hi,

It means CO area 1000 is not created, ask your FICO team to create one.

You have to proceed with the following customizing step.

OX06 - Create controlling area

OKKP - Activate components for your controlling area. There are 5 choices what you want to activate for your controlling area these are cost center, order management, commitment management, PCA and activiaty based costing.

OX19- Assign your company code to controlling area.
