Delivery Qty descripancy

Hi

one order is having order qty 3 and got confirm for 2 and deliverd as 4 qty .

delivery happend same day with 2 qty delivery is of two differant delivery.

I checked change history no manual qty changes happed.

MMR no rounding rule however Or qty=1 and Del qty=1

CMR and CMIR not having tolerance and any such parameter

in 0vlp Over delivery is "blank"

So kindly suggest me for what reason Delivery is happening 4(22) instead of 3(21)

Hi Mahesh

As one sales order has 3pcs and got confirmed 2pcs but delivered as 4pcs. So this might be because there could be some open delivery where picking might have happened but PGI was not done.But collectively it happened when you have done PGI for that materials and that is the reason you had 2 different deliveries

Check Pos./neg quantity = '+' in your copy control item level.
