OSS Message Creation installation number

Hi All,

I am able to create OSS message from SolMan when a support message is created via help-- create support message as this picks up all the sap attributes like installation number, sid, client etc.

But when i create a ticket directly from crmd_order, i couldn't ble to send OSS message as there are no details for SAP attributes.

So, I manintained the component, sid, client manually and i tried to sed OSS message but still it is not working.

What i observed is that I couldn't able to enter the installation number manually as it is in display mode.

I would like to know is this installation number mandatory to create oss message and if yes pleas tell me how to make the installation field in editable mode so that i can maintain the installation number.

Please revert at the earliest.
