launching a Web Template out of WAD gives a blank page in NW2004s Portal

Hello,

when I am trying to launch a NW2004s Web Template out of the WAD or an Enterprise Report out of the Report Designer I am getting the log-on page of the NW2004s portal. I log on to the portal with my BW user-ID and all I get then is an empty IE page in the portal. No error message, nothing. IE status line is saying "Done" ...

According to our Basis the Portal settings are ok - but what's wrong?

An authorization trace with ST01 in the BW gave no error / missing authorization. Do I need any special authorization / role in the portal as well?

Boss,

Check with a user id which has super admin role. If it is successful then its an issues with portal role.
