XVBAK is new values

YVBAK is old values

generally if you change any values in VA02 (sales order change).then xvbak , and yvbak will be populated with new and old respectively.

YVBAK are the original values from VBAK (when the transaction first started).

XVBAK are the current values that will be applied to VBAK IF the document is saved.
