Installing Tomcat on SAP PI System

Hi

I have a situation where i need to install Tomcat/Axis 2 on SAP PI System where i need to deploy some Weservices where it uses some API to call a remote system (NON SAP System) . whats the potential issues that i may face by doing so . Thanks

In TomCat/Axis 2 installation you will surely not face any kind of problem. Go ahead with installation in XI/PI development/sandbox server.

After installation , when u configure scenario then you may have errors which will be rectified in development phase like - Yes you need to enable HTTPS port on XI server if you want to use HTTPS.
