How to remove "Password self service" from the initial screen? AE 5.2

Hi all,

We wanto to remove/hide the option "password self service" from the AE initial screen.

How could we do that?

I know that in "config > request config > request type" we can unable the options we don't want to be in the AE initial screen, but, "password self service" It's not here.

Hi,

We dont have an option to remove the PSS link in 5.2. Yeah, I was mentioning about 5.3.

Hi,

You won't be able to remove password self service link in AE 5.2. This option is only available in CUP 5.3. End user personalization is a new functionality available only in 5.3.

Hi,

Goto: Configuration->End User Personalization-> Select Password Self Service Link.

Click on Change.

Select 'NO' for the field Visible and click on Save.

You should not see the PSS link now. Please let me know if you need any more details.

Thanks for your feedback, but there is no such option in AE 5.2.

You use the 5.3?
