Converting Adobe forms to Smart Forms

Hi All,

I know there is a procedure to convert Smartforms to Adobe forms. But I need to migrate an existing Adobe forms to Smartforms. There are 2 reasons. The adobe form has a complicated table designed which was easier to do adobe (this is a contant table which does nt change) and another the barcode EAN128 is not getting printed correctly on RICOH and IKON printers even when the device type is installed. We have smartforms that are printing well on these printers.

Re doing the form is going to take lot of effort. Is there a way to achieve this.

Hi,

Go to the tcode SFP and goto the menu Utilities -> download the existing pdf.

and upload the same to your hr forms.

I have already dowloaded the XML version of the form. How do I upload it, Can you explain in detail.

Hi,

In tcode SFP edit the pdf layout and go to the menu Utilities -> uploading form select the downloaded file.

Otherwise go to tcode HRFORMS select the form choose the layout and go to the menu Utilities -> uploading form select the downloaded file.
