Using AE for non-SAP systems

Hello,

I would like to know if someone else operates in an environment that uses AE to requests for non-SAP systems, even where these other systems match almost all of all requests. It works fine? Is it very unusual and there are cases of problems in availability?

Hi,

SAP only supports CUP/AE for SAP systems. If you need to use AE/CUP for non-sap systems like Oracle, Peoplesoft, Hyperion etc. then you will have to buy an appropriate adapter through Greenlight technologies. This company makes RTA for the above mentioned ERP systems.
