Visual admin destination configuration problem in ADS

Hi,

I configured ADS and working fine in one month back.

Now problem is am not able to do anyting in ADS, due to Visual admin-> destination configuration problem.

while configure my ECC system am getting below error.

Error during ping operation : Error while silently connecting : org.w3c.protocol.http.httpexception: unable to contact target server <hostname>:8000 after 1 tries.

but when i give http://<hostname>:8000/sap its accepting.

Hello,

have you tried with IP address of the machinie?

What exacly is in your default trace file?
