Hiding Closed WBSE in CJ20N Structure

Hello All,

We are considering creating several very large (several hundred WBSE), multi-year Projects in PS. Over the course of the project there will be many WBSE created and closed.

One of the concerns we have is the structure display in CJ20N becoming very large and cluttered. Does anyone know of a way to "hide" closed WBSE in the display or remove them from the structure?

Any other suggestions on managing large Project Structures would be appreciated (I am already familiar with OSS note 206264).

Note sure about hide but look at the option of Archiving as mentioned in note:

Hi Sreenivas,

Unfortunately I cannot actually archive the WBSE. We still need to be able to report on the costs on the closed WBSE over the lifespan of the project.

Hi Krista ,

There is no display option for closed WBS, but there is a option for deleted object, e.g. in transaction CJ20N, menu 'Option'.

Set deletion flag is a action before archiving. Actually I think, there should be possibilty to show the costs of such WBS with deletion flag in the reporting, because it is a normal business scenario aus my point of view.
