Added statuses to Service Desk

Hello all...

I have added two new status levels within the Service Desk - Approval 1, and Approval 2.

When I create a new service desk message and I attempt to change the status under the service process, the newly added statuses appear, but with the titles "not found"...

I have scoured all over the place and can't find where I have failed to add their connection so the system sees them along with the New, In Process, Sent to SAP, etc.

Hi,

You should have creted Auth.Key in CRMBS53.

In CRMBS02, you should have added New Status to the Service Desk Status Profile and used the Auth.Key for these new status and linked/used the same Service Desk Status Profile in the Txn Type Defn in SPRO.
