Aerospace & Defence - Engineering Change Management link with PM/CS orders

Hi Business Process Experts,

We are using ECM ECR/ECO process to track modification of task lists and integration of design change. We would like to integrate futher this process with the operations. We would like to be able to link ECR/ECO (change number) with service orders (PM orders) that are released to operations and that we need to update routings or instructions.

Would you have any syggestion for such integration? What is the general practice in MR&O Aerospace & Defense industrie?
