CIF error : Function Module / SAPAPO/CIF_PROD_INBOUND not found

Hi Apo Experts,

The APO & ECC Developement system is just started and there is problem for Master Data CIF.

System is showing the following error messages:

' Function Module / SAPAPO/CIF_PROD_INBOUND not found '

Function Module / SAPAPO/CIF_GEN_EVENT not found.

Please let me know, what could be the reason of the CIF failure and solution for the above error messages.

Hi Ravindra,

Can you change with your Basis consultant whether both systems are connected and data can be exchanged? Since the systems are ne, there might be some linkage missing.

Also, get it checked for maintenance of business system group and kind or queues transfer.

There was problem with Transaction SM59.

You need to see whats shown in the log and accordingly take some action.
