SAP NetWeaver 2004s installation Error

Hi,

I am trying to install SAP NetWeaver 2004s & i selected with custom optiion and then selected AS JAVA & AS ABAP, PI, EP. But i am getting error in JAVA pahse.

OS:---Windows 2003 Server X64

Java--1.4.0._12

SAP Netwever 2004s

Hi

What is the error you are getting? please paste the logs.

What is the available RAM you have,did you set the virtual memory properly?Did you install JDK for 64 bit?

Thanx for response. My physical ram size is 4 Gb and i set virtual memry 20000 to 20001. And when i am giving JDK director it is showing : --- The JDK installed in directory C:\j2sdk1.4.2_12 does not support the 64 bit data model. Choose a different JDK.

I installed j2sdk-1_4_2_12-windows-i586-p.exe and later also i tryed with j2sdk-1_4_2_09-windows-i586-p.exe but same problem i a, getting.

I am installing this one in Desktop.

Download J2SE v 1.4.2_17 x64 SDK

The one which you are using is not compatable with AMD64

Thanks for help. But i got compatibility java which is j2sdk-1_4_2_13-windows-amd64.exe. It is supported

So i able to install Netweaver.

Hi Manoj

You should have Compatable version of java installed , also observe the logs during installation

we can see them ,also during installation it will ask for java package so just try to provide the

same . Try whether you can download ..All the best.
