Hi all

Does the system date, time stamp, and indicate who makes a change in a key figure DP forecast?

I want to know who and when made changes in the values of the key figures of the planning book.

Hi,

If you are looking for identifying the person, date/time for forecast run in /SAPAPO/SDP94 the table /SAPAPO/DP_FCST2 can be used.

I don't think it is available like that...

There is a macro solution, but I am not sure you will like that.

But if you are desperate to get it you could write a macro (default one)...

Use ROW_VALUES_CHANGED() /ACT_USER.

You can then send a mail for every changes...

But you are going to get lots... (especially if your objective is to track "mistakes")

Best for tracking in my opinion is to get a daily backup; you can then see what was changed and when... You don't know who though...

The answer is no.

SAP Consulting does provide an add-on solution by inserting relevant information using Notes functionality - see Note 1308968.

You can use the concept for your own development.
