Inactive Update pricing button

Hi Experts,

Whie creating /changing sales order under the conditions tab, the "Update price" button is inactive. This is a IS-Media order. Still can you give me any clue on where is the control to active this button.

It will never happen by using transaction SHDO.

Ask your abap to check MV45AFZZ program 90% chances

Or it may be bases problem

Did you try Transaction Variant SHD0.Might be you can get it through this Transaction.

Else ask Basis Consultant to remove any object assigned to this T Code VA01 / VA02.

Hi,

Once the Sales order was fully invoiced, The UPDATE field will become grey and cant be edited.

Please make sure whether the Billing document was created for this order.

If so then it is not possible to carry out UPDATE .
