Workflow Monitoring with RZ20

Hello,

We just started working with WF and my question is how can we monitoring WF in the CCMS monitoring and how can we do the monitoring within Solution Manager 3.2?

What kind of monitoring are you looking for?

Are you talking of CCMS alerts in a XI context. Then you should use the AlertInbox and setup the alerts in transaction ALRTCATDEF. If its Business Workflow you are talking about, transaction SWI1, SWI5 and SWI6 are very usefull. Besides that you can look into the WIS (Workflow Information System). Just note that the WIS is discontinued as of NW2004S.

Why would you want to monitor in Solution Manager?

Hey Mikkel

We want all the alertmonitoring in Solution Manager because then you have one entry point foor all the alerts generated from aal the sap systems.
