While hetrogenous system copy we stuck at instance start .

The process disp+work stopped and not start .

That's strange.

Can you please confirm that you got this error message after you unlocked sapsr3 user?

If so, check whether the user is locked again.

If so, my guess will be that someone changed sapsr3's password with sqlplus, but sapuser table still has the old one.

In this case change sapsr3's password again, this time using brconnect.

Something concerning memory initialization is still wrong.

- What operating system do you use?

- Is this OS virtualized? (I ask because you use es/implementation = flat)

- What are the hardware specs?

I would recommend upgrading the Oracle database client to 10.2.0.4 and apply the latest kernel patch.

2 GB only? that is way too less memory.

If you add enough swap the system may be started but it will be mainly occupied with swapping.

According to "Note 1002587 - Flat Memory Model on Windows" the flat memory model is no more supported on Windows 2003.

Open your instance profile with a text editor and enter

es/implementation = view

(or change the entry if it exists already).

Then try to stop and start the system.

However, it wont be fun working with the system.

Something during the import process went wrong. There are problems with the table(s) DDN*. Please check the import logs for those tables and if all of them were correctly imported.

The problem may also be the used version of R3load; did you use the latest available version for export and import?
