OSA Status Help!

Dear Expert,

I configured the appraisal template but always got the error "Status change from 'Simulated Status' to 'In Process' not allowed"...

I tried to clear/reset all the predefine status/sub-status for my template but it still give the error.

Question: Where can I change te Simulated status? Where the system store the Simulated status?

Hello,

Simulated status can be found on template level, tab-writer 'Status flow'. Double click on the status 'In Process - Part Appraisals in process'. You will see a new button 'Simulated Status.

Hi,

Did you try using the Admin TCode ie PHAP_ADMIN ? Also pl take a look at the function module HRHAP_DOCUMENT_CHANGE_STATUS.
