Is tuple functionality available only from MDM 7.1 onwards??
can any one breif me what is the use of tuple
and
where do we use it??

Yes, Tuple functionality exists from MDM7.1 onwards.
A tuple is effectively a record template that groups together and names a set of related fields into a reusable object or type definition that describes or composes a particular object or type.

Yes Tuples functionality is available from MDM 7.1 onwards only.
Tuples would be ideally used to maintain deeply nested structures in MDM.
E.g. product capacity information depending on plant and location or multiple addresses of a business partner can hold multiple phone numbers.
