i want to Know the advantages of Decentralised WMS than SAP R/3 centralised WM system

Hi Rami,

DWM gives you more uptime than normal central wm. If you go DWM you also have a SAP server only for your WH operations, which gives you all the processing power and you don't need to share it (especially on month-ends). We use TRM as well, and due to this and the fact that our factories run 24x7, the decesion was made to use a DWM setup. In our company we have every Saturday down-time on the ERP system and we need to prepare picking and execute other WH functions over weekends. I can send you a document with detail if you would be interested? The config is a bit more for DWM, for example you need to setup ALE between the 2 systems.
