Listing and Returns

Hi All,

Below is a scenario, how to handle it.

a) Article is listed in Store A

b) Store A orders the article and did the goods receipt and stock updated

c) Article is delisted in store A due to some reasons

d) Now Store A wants to return the article as it is not satisfied with quality

As the article is delisted, now how the store can do return.

Has anyone came across this? How to resolve this ?

Do the listing for one day . Do the returns . Again delist the article from assortment

Hi,

without listing you cant make purchase order. so do first listing and complete ur rerurn. then delist.
