Not able to create transfer order..

Hi all,

When i am trying to create Transfer order,it gives an error"No items that are to be picked were found".

I have maintained all the settings regarding item categories and delivery item categories.

i am using Lean ware house management,What I feel is that there is some error in ware house settings.Please suggest..

hi,

i think you have 2 or more line item in sales order, the delivery date for one or two item will be in the past,so when you create delivery the item which is in the past delivey date will not get copied to delivery.

check all item is there in the delivery document,if no check the mising item delivery date, create the delivery based on that delivery data.

also check the movement types assigned for warehouse

img-logistics exclusion-shipping-picking-lean WM-define movement types

maintain

(ware house number) -- movement type-601 (GI to Delivery Note)

hi,

check the assignment "img-logistics execution-shipping-picking-lean WM-control "plant/storage location/warehouse no." assignment

also check whether you are giving the same "warehouse number" which is in the delivery document(picking tab-ware house number).

Hi,

I have checked, In the L WM:Control of assignment"Plant/Storage Location-W.H .NO."

Plant .St Location and ware house no. assignment is correct.

"Degree of activation " -it is accepting only 2 (Lean WM for FRM as well as doors for all)

" Storage Type for picking in lLean WM"-Empty.

Ware house no. in delivery and fro TO is same

Hi,

Go to your delivery document and check out the picking tab.

Over there what you will able to see in the over all WM status.

If itu2019s say that no WM transfer order required.

Then you have to manually put the picking quantity and save the document.

Hi raj,

I ve chekcked the delivery,WM status was "No WM trnsf ord reqd",

I put the picking quantity manually---so it created a picking request.

But still unable to create TO,giving the same error

Hi,

If its says no transfer order is required then you donu2019t have to create the transfer order.

Because your configuration is not done properly for the warehouse.

I had given you the link just follow the instruction to configure the warehouse if you want to maintain the ware house.

After giving the picking quantity is your delivery has been saved or not?

If saved then go to VL02N and give your delivery number and press Post goods issue.

Now check whether PGI is happening or not.

If throwing some error then let us know

After giving the picking quantity delivery is saved.

But if i am doing PGI directly then it is showing error"Delivery has not been picked completely"
