Msg CY831 - Dispatching sequence: Structure KBED is not currently supported

Hi,

I was running transaction CM25 and despatching the planned orders.

I got the error message below and the planned order weren't despactched.

Message no. CY831 - Dispatching sequence: Structure KBED is not currently supported

Any idea why this happen and how to fix?

Dear,

I hope u have activated capacity availabilty check & assigned overall profile at OPJK.

In the time profile of the overall profile, you define the planning period in which the system searches during finite scheduling for dates with sufficient capacity.

In the strategy profile of the overall profile, you define the planning direction in which the system searches for dates with sufficient capacity.and make sure is that assigned in production scheduling profile tcode OPKP

Hello Brahmankar,

many thanks for your suggestions.

We're upgrading from 4.5 to ECC6.

I have checked and kept the configurations the same.

We get the same error in 4.5, but the planned order can still be dispatched.

In ECC6, the planned order is not dispatched.

The data are exactly the same between 4.5 and ECC6.

Any idea what's missing?

Dear,

You have to use transaction OPPQ to maintain the plant parameters. Here you can maintain the conversion from planned order to production order.

Maintaining this parameter actually allows you to dispatch planned orders (without converting to production order.
