PO awaiting approval - even if it is approved

the PO was still in awaiting approval but it is already approved. I ran the PO at SE37 BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC & BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC_V2 but it is still on awaitng approval status. There's no error appearing at the application monitor.

Hi,

Pleaes check once again if the PO is approved, check in inbox of the approver.

if it is already approved and still awaiting approval.

manually we can set the workflow status complete using the funcaiton module

SE37--> execute the FM BBP_PD_PO_STATUS_CHANGE_WF

IV_GUID -- enter the GUID of the PO

IV_STATUS -- 1

there's another case like this that we have tried to change the status but the problem is the PO is still on the approvers inbox yet the PO was already approved.

Hi,

From the inbox table SWWUSERWI get the workitem id of that particular PO of user

and using the funcaiton module SWW_WI_DELETE delete the workitem from the user inbox.

this FM SWW_WI_DELETE works at SE37 however would this affect any transaction?

funcaiton module SWW_WI_DELETE delete the workitem from the user inbox.

it won't effect any transaction..

Hi,

Please check in the completed items of the approver in SWI5. If the approver has already approved the workitem, ideal solution will be to delete the workitem from his incompleted items.

You can delete it from this FM also

SAP_WAPI_WORKITEM_DELETE.

please run the setrlease method for the PO and check whether the status of the PO changes to approved.

transaction --> se38 --> enter RBUS2201 ---> use the guid of the PO and execute the method setreleased.
