Textelement convertion in SMARTFORM

Hi..

I have a developed a custom smartform in that some fields of one text elements should be displayed in French . but the log on language is English .

is there any function module to convert the text from one language to another language . if no how to do it.

you can use some translation tool and place that text instead of english,
