Hi all,
I want to apply AVC only to the Capital projects. Is there a way to do that? Is it possible to restrict AVC to a certain fund type or only to capital projects?
Please advise.
Thank you,
AJ

Hi,
Are you using BCS? In BCS, it is quite easy to restrct AVC to fund type. All you need to do is defining two tolerance profiles, one for 100% tolerance (no AVC), the other for checking to your desired %; you then define derivation stratege for tolerance profile (BCS -> AVC -> Settings for availability control ledger -> Define derivation strategy for tolerance profile); you create a derivation rule with source field as FUNDTYPE and target field as TOLPROF; you maintain the value for this rule (assigne capital project fund type to the profile with AVC and other fund types to the profile without AVC).
