EasyDMS error explorer.exe

Hi,

we are having serious problems with easyDMS just by navigating through Documentstructures or just letting easyDMS alone for a while. An error occures for exprlorer.exe and creates eventID 1002 in Windows EventID log:

Event Type: Information

Event Source: Winlogon

Event Category: None

Event ID: 1002

User: N/A

Description:

The shell stopped unexpectedly and Explorer.exe was restarted.

Can someone help to avoid this problem?

We are using easyDMS 6.0 SP11 on Windows XP Pro

hi

i would suggest get the latest version of eDMS (SP14)..and do a clean installation, reset the rfc cache.

then try on test system..if you can reproduce it consistently - then use tracing option of eDMS..trace should help here.
