Run action in background in SolMan

Hello,

How can I run a action in background, and not in dialog.

Message Erro: "The Action Cannot Be Executed in the Dialog"

Anybody can help me.

Hi Rogerio,

How and when an action is executed is setup in the configuration:

Scenario Specific settings --> Chnge Request Mgt --> change Transaction --> transaction type --> action profile

If you want to run an action in background, you can define it the conditions. Basically you define at what status of the correction document, the action should be executed.

I already setup with option "execution in dialog" wit scheduled automaticly, but don't send e-mail.
