Hi Friends

What would be the status if requirements are there in Sourcing cockpit and if there are no requirements in sourcing cockpit

check in the transaction , BBP_PD for the shopping cart.

at the item level , please check the indicator 'source_rel_ind'.

if the value of source_rel_ind is 'X' , then the requirement will be in the sourcing cockpit.

HI after approve the cart either follow on document will be created if you have fixed sos or if you have define sourcing it may go to cockpit

Hi Abirath,

After approval, if the SC is in sourcing cockpit then the status is "In Purchaser's Worklist". However, if no sourcing is required then a followon document should have been created and the status should be "Followon Document Created".

Hi Abhirath!

Once you have created a shopping cart (with or without assigning a source of supply) , it all depends on whether u have activated sourcing (ie always carry out sourcing for that product category OR carry out sourcing if source not assigned). In both these cases ur shopping cart will go to the purchaser's worklist. Here u can assign a source or change an assigned source (in the carry out sourcing tab) and then proceed with creating a PO or a contract as a follow on document.

Hi Abirath,

The best place to find the status of a document is within the SAP Gui transaction bbp_pd;

If as already stated the shopping cart has gone to the sourcing cockpit then the item will have the SOURCE_REL_IND set as 'X'. And at header level you will also see "Item displayed within the sourcing cockpit".

If the shopping cart has a follow-on document then within bbp_pd you will see:

I1113: Follow-on document created

If an item has gone through the sourcing cockpit there are a number of different options that can be found within the SOURCE_REL_IND field:

space: Item IS NOT sourcing-relevant, will not appear in the SoCo

X Item IS sourcing-relevant (appears in SoCo)

Y Sourcing is completed

C Clearing u2013 should not appear in the data based, used only during the runtime

A, D Grouping / Grouping u2013 bid

N, M Request for Quotation from SC / SoCo
