Customer Icons in SAP ERP

Hi all,

is there any possibility to create own ICONS and "upload" them in SAP. I want to display the new ICONS in an ALV.

Hi André,

You can use t-code SMW0 in order to import your icon.

You can find standard icons by selecting : "Binary data for WebRFC applications", then press and select package "SWWW".

I would seem from transaction ICON that it might be possible, but these forum posts;

would suggest it is not possible.

I finally come to the conclusion, that there is no way to import customer icons.

Espacially note 619725 shows, that modifications at the front end (%WINDIR%\system32\sapbtmp.dll) are necessary.
