Hi guys,
When our financial department (centraly) confirmes a service from a requester a notification email is send to that requester to accept that confirmation. But at the same time an allert notification is send to the same requester.
Where can I adjust the settings of the allert email, I'd like to stop this extra notification or maybe lengten the time before it's send?

Please check your Alert customizing.
SPRO: SRM -> SRM Server -> Cross-Application Basic Settings -> SAP Business Workflow -> Define Recipient of Notifications
and
SPRO: SRM -> SRM Server -> Cross-Application Basic Settings -> Event and Event Schema for Alert Management -> Define Event Schema
