MOVE IN ERROR

Hi,

When am creating a move in for the BP am getting the error

Required field Region has no entry

Message no. R1304

Diagnosis

Field 'Region' with short description 'Region (State, Province, County)' has been set within Customizing as a required field. There is, however, no entry in this field.

Dear Murugan,

When you move-in using the EC50E screen by giving the installation number or the premise number, you will have to enter the fields of contract account category and partner category then when you click move-in, the process will take you to the next screen where under the Name/Administration when you click the full screen tab you will find the fields for the address to be filled. Under the header address you will find the region field which you will have to fill with the given list of values.

Hi,

you need to change the customization under:

spro> SAP Utilities > Customer Service > Process Execution > Move-In/Out > Define Field Selection for Move-Out Processing Initial Screen

in there change the LicNo/rgn/country field from req, to input

If it's no helping, see which field is marked req. the is the problem maker

Customization Area:

spro--> SAP Utilities --> Customer Service --> Process Execution --> Move-In/Out -->Select Business partner fields for Move-in and move out screen

select the external application ISU0001 and press Field Grouping

and select the DATASET BUA010:Adresses and double click on it.

select the field group number : 70 Region and make it as required.

and check the same thing at external application :ISU0002.
